「La ubicación me pareció bien pero no tienen una coordinación entre Expedia y la disponibilidad real del hotel luego que llegas te dicen que tu habitación está ocupada cuando se supone que si reservaste es porque estaba disponible y lo que no me gustó fue la limpieza el piso donde estaba mi habitación olía a trapeador podrido me imagino que usaron uno que no estaba limpio aparte una de las almohadas como que la uso un mecánico negra de sucia」

We were lucky to have an upgrade to the detached king room, which was beautiful and spacious. Everything at the property is clean and so well kept. The staff are fantastic and kind, we did a few excursions this time including rafting and hiring bikes to do the waterfall trail. 「the double standard room is so small that can only put two small beds , because the holidays so i guess that is why the hotel cannt help to change to one kind bed. the breakfast is so limited ,what is wrose ,i waited 15 minutes for the omelet but someone come later than me can take in advance , the room is clean, the waiter is kind and general environment is good」
