It was a decent stay: hot water, clean rooms, right next to the market, and easy to catch a cab. We heard the area was a bit dangerous, but we didn't have any issues, and the hotel is locked up at night. The only issue is you have to ring the doorbell to be let in, and you can hear the buzz all throughout the hotel, so we were woken up multiple times.

Great value for an overnight stay. Pleasant and friendly staff. Parking is a bit of a problem as its an underground ramp. The room had no hot water but the staff accommodated us by allowing us to use another rooms shower. Very noisy at night, lots of dog barking. Rooms were new spacious clean and new comfortable beds. Good value for the money.

Awkward check-in experience

It was an ok stay. I arrived there and directly ask for money, I couldn't pay with card, asked to pay later after I withdrew money and said I couldn't, said they i couldn't pay with 100 dollar bill and managed to find money to pay then but lacking 1 dollar which I asked to pay later and they said no.

Desagradable experiencia

Nose para que nos solicitan la tarjeta de debito en la aplicacion para la reserva, si no la debitan. La informacion telefonica del personal del hotel es poco clara. La atencion de las recepcionistas poco amigable. Solo se permite pagar el efectivo. El ingreso es 3pm y si es antes cobran mas, y la salida es antes del medio dia, en resumen una desagradable experiencia para no regresar

El colmo de la sinverguenceria

No respetaron la reserva, pedimos 2 habitaciones de 3 camas y nos dieron 3 de 2 camas, además a mis empleados les exigieron pagar en efectivo a nombre de una persona natural, me queda. Kari que lo que buscan es pagarles la comisión de un día y nada más, como no tuvieron efectivo, a pesar de haber dejado las maletas temprano, a su regreso a las 8 pm los botaron

No dan lo que en la aplicación separan

No me dieron la habitación que había separado por esta aplicación, dijeron que tenía q separar por teléfono también la habitación q lo que dice la aplicación debe confirmar y me dieron un cuarto q era para tres personas y no para 4 como separé la chica recepcionista nos atendió muy bien pero el chico recepcionista que me atendió me dijo eso tienen separado y que no sabía porque ese valor si ellos cobran más x esa habitación
