「When we arrived the door code was wrong, called several times and after a 7 hour drive and no response for 10-15 min. I hoisted my daughter through an open window. 20 min later I finally got a call back stating Expedia did not get the updated code to me but they did extendmy check out tine by 2 hours to make up for it, thank you. 「We booked an oceanview room and the experience was not worth the expensive price. Pillows had some stains and hair strands. The vents looked dirty. There’s no AC but heat only. There is a fan provided. The wooded frames near the windows were peeling apart. The ocean view was not what was advertised given that the ocean was not direct view. 「Room was clean and has a great view. Check in was easy and employee was very nice. My only issue was there is very little bedding for warmth especially being that close to the water so bring a comforter or blanket if you tend to get chilly at the coast. And the heater very noisy so you wouldnt want to run at night unless you sleep like a log. The towels were also very nice which isnt usual for most hotels.
