「Excellent」

「My fiancé and I have stayed at this hotel since it’s very close to the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport. It’s always been reliable, clean, and the staff has always been friendly to us. The only issue we had was the WiFi would intermittently cut in and out and the television in Room 304 needs to be updated. Overall, the Comfort Inn at this location is a great spot and you will get a good rest here.」

「The room was well sized for a handicapped person. However, the shower was confusing because it was impossible to turn off the overhead shower and only use the handheld resulting in water going everywhere. The toilet was far too low for a wheelchair individual. The handicapped bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Otherwise, everything was excellent and what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express which is where we always stay when traveling.」

「What laundry service 」

「It was pet friendly which I loved but once I got there my king bedroom was switched to a double bed because that room wasn’t equivalent with having pets in it. The room I got switched too wall was dirty. And Once got in the shower the faucet came completely off with water shooting out of it. Making me had to shower when I got all the way back home to Virginia… I know renovation was going on but I didn’t expect to be placed directly by a room that was being renovated…」

「The kitchen worked well for me as I had have to make all my meals. It was clean including the refrigerator. I don't have an opinion on the breakfast since I never took a meal. The bathroom has paint peeling on the ceilings and door to the bedroom as well. Rust stains under the toilet and the caulking was poorly done. Plenty of towels, the bed was very comfortable, two tv’s was a nice touch. The desk clerk asked how my stay was and when I said it was good he immediately asked what could be better...
