「Friendly staff who go beyond the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Good spread for breakfast. No major issues for the hotel for me apart from the slow lifts. Otherwise good value for money and I would definitely stay again if I return to Pekanbaru. Great job!」

「All I remembered was that the property looked out of place in a small town. The staff were friendly and the room were luxurious for the price paid. My only criticism was there were no hanging spaces for towels etc. Should have more of similar hotel around the country. Aaaa」

「the hotel looks bettet on picture than in the reality. All facilities look rather tired and in a need for renovation. Rooms are not well isolated which let hear and enjoy the noise done by neighbours. there is a serious issue on cleanliness such as dirty wondows', dirty lift., dirty tables in the breakfast room...」

「It is clean and nice. Good breakfast and nice outside table to eat and near to city, but a bit small size swimming pool. I would come again next time to stay balcony room Elite !」

「This was a good value option for a short stay in Pekanbaru. The building is modern, although it has touches of traditional style, the double height lobby is imposing and tha staff are very helpful. Our bedroom was large and well equipped, though we had to ask for a second towel as none was initially provided. Th3 main drawbacks are the location, which is on a busy main road and not very near places to eat and shop, and the Wi-fi, which was intermittent and slow when it worked at all. 」

「호텔스 닷컴으로 예약하고 갔는데, deposit을 내야 한다고, card 결재를 하더니,,,, 다음날 카드 취소가 안 된단다.... 영업일 4일 이후 환불된다고 해서 오긴 왔는데,,,, 아직까지 안되서 전화해서 물어보니, 이제는 14일을 기다리란다.... 설마 4성급 호텔이 사기를 치진 않을거고,,, 기다리기는 하는데,,,, 일처리가 정말 맘에 안든다...」
