"We had a wonderful time here at the Hyatt. It was a "sisters" trip and we wanted a nice pool with poolside service. We rented a cabana and it was lovely. The hotel was the perfect getaway for us...we just kicked back and enjoyed our time together. Agua Caliente Casino is nearby and we went there for a couple hours. We enjoyed the lazy river and there were a ton of youngsters having a blast going down the water slides. Hyatt always has such beautiful hotels and we are never disappointed. (P.S. The Hyatt in Playa Del Carmen is amazing!)"

The variety offered was impressive, but the real star was the omelette station! Having a cook-to-order omelette made exactly how you like it elevated the entire morning experience—it was delicious and the cook was so friendly. The evening reception was a nice touch as well. The service from the entire staff was consistently warm and attentive. Whether it was at the front desk or in the dining area, everyone went out of their way to ensure our needs were met.
