「Nice hotel in the heart of Toulouse, near the train station, walkable to city centre. Decorations inside the suite were quite fun. Staff were very helpfully able to keep my bag before and after I had checked out.」

「This hotel had everything we needed for a short stay in Toulouse. Clean, modern rooms, friendly reception desk, great location right in the center of town and a short walk to the train station. 」

「It’s a nice, clean apart-hotel, not too far from the city center. If you are in good health you can walk to the Japanese garden, to the Garonne, and to the city center. It’s a bit of a walk to the Midi metro, but it wasn’t a problem. I would definitely stay here again. Also, the bed was comfortable. 」

「Very nice, modern and clean hotel a few minutes of walk from Capitole. Breakfast was excellent, with hot scrambled eggs, potato patties and bacon, or you could boil eggs per your wish. Salami, cheese, several types of breads with butter, pastries, pancakes with jams, peanut butter, berries sauce. Excellent coffee machine and many options for tea. I had the comfort room, modern and clean, with bathrobes and slippers. The shower water pressue was excellent. Everything was great!」

「We felt very welcome by the young man who received us upon check in. Then everything seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. I was told only one cleaner to clean the hotel. Everything you asked seemed to be asking for a favour. No service at all and definitely not a 4 star. More like an inn than a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good neither. Only the location. 」
