「When we checked in at 6:22pm in the evening…a male lobby staff unenthusiastically greeted us and helped us check in and brought us to Villa 11. After explaining mini bars and the power control for the AC, he forgot to mention the complicated light switches, including the DND switch. So my husband and I went through all the eight physical switches in both the bedroom and bathroom, and figured out a somewhat lightless room for sleep. In the following day, we left the hotel around 4:30pm to go...

「Very nice swimming pool, staff at the pool is more helpful and polite compared to the main reception counter. Food choice is limited, only one restaurant there. Spa atmosphere is good but lack of privacy ( when taking a bath with my partner , the staff was waiting in the same room...). Should have more facilities like a gym room... Most importantly, need maintenance with most of the rooms there, the rooms are old and with dirt, I found dirt in my bed linen and pillows, toilet is quite...
