「Not a Grand stay. 1. Trails to canyon edge closed - not notified before, we would have cancelled. 2. 24 hour vending closed, again not notified before check in (some were counting on them). 3. Found a gross dirty used dental cleaning brush thingy IN our bed. 4. Bed was so squeaky we had to pull our mattress off to sleep on the floor. 5. No internet connection to the TV to watch any streaming services.」
