「This property is disgusting. From the moment of checking in, it gave me hostel vibes when the TV remote and 2 towels were handed at the front desk, but it only got worse. Booked prepaid through Expedia but the hotel charged my card again and refused to refund despite proof of payment; staff were dismissive ('I can't believe anyone who walks through this door') and the room smelled like a dirty dog. Would not recommend.」

「We loved our stay in Carcasonne! The accomodation was in a perfect location for a stop on our cycling holiday along the Canal du Midi and had everything we could hope for. The beds were super comfortable, everything was lovely and clean, and Katy and her husband were so nice! The breakfast was also fantastic - highly recommend! 」

「This is primarily an assisted living facility. The entrance was locked before we arrived and it was necessary to call security to let us in. No one spoke English. Breakfast was available for the residents but not for the guests as was dinner. There were no local restaurants except for a pizza takeout across the street. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The location is a ten minute walk from the medieval city walls. 」

「This is a grand, elegant house with beautifully appointed and capacious rooms. There were several sitting rooms around the house, and lovely, festively-lit outdoor spaces. There is a swimming pool and a hot tub, with robes provided. The eclectic and tasteful decor mixed period fidelity and modern convenience. 「Ein sehr netter Empfang durch Dominique . Er hat uns alles super erklärt und eine perfekte Empfehlung fürs Abendessen ausgesprochen . Der Tip war perfekt . Unser Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich und das Frühstück von Dominique perfekt zubereitet , ließ keine Wünsche offen . Super ist die Lage vom Hotel nur fünf Gehminuten von der historischen Altstadt entfernt und es war perfekt , dass wir unser Auto auf dem Grundstück der Villa , abgeschlossen und sicher abstellen konnten 👍 」

「Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.」

「Everything was great. Really near the gate to the old town and lovely staff. Wish that they could put a phone or plug socket near the bed. Other than that minor irritation, we enjoyed our stay. The terrace was a lovely place to relax in the sun. 」
