"THe hotel was simply amazing. Luxury at its best. Stayed in 3 different rooms… as odds as it seems. The one with the ocean view was amazing. Decided to upgrade to full suite with kitchen area, living room room, sitting room and bedroom. If u can splurge…. Omg. Do it. Wrap around balcony. Corner windows overlooking the ocean and the resort itself. Sublime!!"

"This hotel is decent, but I think what bothers me is the fact that it’s advertised as a five-star hotel. When you compare this to other five stars in Bali that we’ve stayed at, there’s really no comparison. You get much nicer rooms, more helpful staff, better breakfast buffets, nicer pools, and pretty much everything else is better at other five stars. This is a 3.5 star at best. And although this stay was fine, it’s definitely lacking in some ways. The only thing that I really saw that bothered me was watching one of the cooks walk out of one of the bathroom stalls after going number two and not washing his hands and walking straight into the kitchen. That was pretty disturbing."
