「No cold water in faucet and shower.」

「The property was extremely clean and there were 3 stations to allow your pets to use. They were all picked up and very attractive. There are 3 smoking areas that I used, they were all clean and no butts laying around. It would be nicer if there was a picnic table at 1 of these areas. Parking was right at our door añd that was Awesome. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Sheets nice and soft and the towels were large and plush. The hot was was also a plus.i like my shower hot...

「The location was good for my purposes although confusing to actually access the hotel. I definitely did not like the automated service for the front desk although both Sid and David were polite and cordial. My room was musty so I had to purchase deodorizer. My toilet stopped up. Having no closet also presented a problem for me. While having a refrigerator and microwave was convenient no ironing board and iron was not as well as no front desk phone connection. I would not recommend or stay...

「They really did not have a breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, And waffles really dont do it for me. If you are going to say you serve breakfast you got to do better than that. What you have is self-serve for an adolescent.」

「Luckily we only was staying one night but upon check in was informed the showers in all the rooms were not working. Pool closes to early especially when traveling with kids who enjoy the pool. The doors for some of the rooms didnt close tight you had to pull them tightly closed. Staff was good. Received breakfast for free because of the shower issue. Food was decent. Small selection but a variety.」

「We had 3 different rooms ..the 1st room toliet wasn't working properly. The 2nd room the tub water was running and wouldn't shut off and the 3rd room had little water pressure and was hot hot . Not impressed. Will never stay again Sad thing I stayed there like 10 years ago and it was fine....they need to fix it up and do regular maintenance on it But the lady at the front desk was pretty nice and tried to help」

「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」
