This is a small hotel with very attentive staff who are always looking to help you. The facilities are clean and comfortable. It is in a very convenient location adjacent to the pedestrian core of Pau.

Location is excellent - a very short walk to all the key parts of the city and the staff are excellent and very helpful. Parking is limited so remember to reserve a spot if you are driving. Our room had a tiny bathroom and overlooked the car park which proved quite noisy - tbf this might have been a one off with some loud kids but was a pain the night it happened.

Great Place in the heart of Pau

I always stay here when in Pau. The location is great, the staff are super friendly and its great value. Some of the higher end hotels have better facilities, but they are like double the price. If you like a good value and slightly old world French style place then I am sure you will like it here and its walkable to the centre and all the bars etc.

I enjoyed my short stay at the Bristol. They allowed me an early check in which was very helpful and arranged a 5am taxi for the airport. The hotel was comfortable and very clean.

I have never met such a charming, helpful and delightful proprietor. We arrived exhausted and he showed us every consideration. The rooms were huge, the hotel was central, it was stylish and friendly. A favourite hotel to return to

Mon séjour à l'Hôtel Bristol de Pau a été enrichi par la magnifique décoration axée sur l'art qui imprègne cet établissement. Dès mon entrée, j'ai été accueilli par un mélange subtil de styles classiques et contemporains, qui donne à l'hôtel une atmosphère à la fois élégante et inspirante. Les espaces communs sont ornés de superbes œuvres d'art, créant un véritable musée à l'intérieur même de l'hôtel. Les tableaux soigneusement choisis et les sculptures modernes ajoutent une touche sophistiquée et invitent à l'évasion. Chaque couloir et chaque coin semblent raconter une histoire, ce qui rend l'exploration de l'hôtel aussi agréable que celle de la ville elle-même. La chambre où j'ai séjourné ne faisait pas exception : des touches artistiques se retrouvaient dans les détails de la décoration, avec des œuvres murales et des objets design qui confèrent une ambiance chaleureuse et raffinée. Absolutely loved this property. Room was comfortable, breakfast was excellent each morning and the staff was easily one of the best collection we've ever experienced. Would stay again in a heartbeat. For us, this hotel made the City a better experience.
