Lovely hotel and the most amazing sea view and very helpful staff. Unfortunately there isn’t anything you can walk to, so you need a car to get about. The food at the hotel is great, but the evening menu is limited and the bar closes at 10.30pm. The gym could do with some more weights and equipment.

A great place to escape from the hustle bustle lifestyle. Tranquil peaceful setting is our first impression, followed by the friendliness of the staff. Room we had was one of the worst with no view and right next to a construction site. But this did not stop us from enjoying the well kept grounds and the infinity pool overlooking the Aeolian islands. Breakfast is adequate with plenty of savory and sweet choices. But dinner menu was limited with very few local fares. Gym is dark and outdated. Almost like an afterthought. There are signs of construction throughout the property and hopefully that means some pleasant surprises in the near future.

Relaxing holiday

Hotel was well presented with attractive gardens and pool overlooking the Bay of Patti. All staff were friendly and approachable. House keeping was excellent. We had dinner each evening and whilst the food was a good standard, service was occasionally a bit slow. We needed to pre-order dinner for the next evening which was a shame. We would be happy to stay agian.

This is a lovely hotel with amazing staff. The people who worked at the front desk were so helpful as we’d had issues with our car rental and were left without transport. Even though it would have been way more convenient with a car, the reception staff helped us with taxis and tours, which made our time there just as enjoyable. They also run a very convenient beach shuttle, which was a god-send. The views from the pool side of the hotel were simply stunning, the sunsets were just incredible and the breakfast was really good. This is a lovely region of Sicily, however a car is a must, to really make the most of the area.

Très bon séjour

Super sejour. Hôtel impecable. Calme et bien placé dans le verdure bien entretenue. La suite avec jacuzzi dans la chambre très bien. Piscine manifique avec vue époustouflante. L'ensemble propore et personnel attentionné. Le petit déjeuner varié. Voiture obligatoire car à 5 min de la plage même si c'est est faisable à pieds (20 min), sacré côte quand même mais c'est aussi pour cela que la vue sur les îles Éoliennes est manifique. Navette sur demande pour la plage et club. Cependant quelques bemols à signaler qui peuvent être reajustés ; Le prix d'accès au SPA très exagéré. Peu de choix de plats au restaurant pour dîner. Super séjour reposant dans un cadre manifique. Merci à l'équipe et particulierement à Giorgia professionnelle et attentionnée et qui parle bien français.

Ein Mietauto ist dringend zu empfehlen, da das Hotel etwas ab vom Schuss ist. Zum Beach fährt zu bestimmten Zeiten ein Shuttle, auch wenn es nur 17 Fußminuten entfernt ist, ist die Straße ohne Fußweg bis runter (auch durch die gefährliche Fahrweise der Italiener) nicht anzuraten. Im Ort Mongiove und Patti gibt es viele Restaurants. Allerdings ist es auch zu größeren Städten (Taormina, Messina, Palermo) immer ein gutes Stück (1-3h) zu fahren. Wer Stadtflair will, ist hier falsch. Wer Erholung mit tollem Pool und gutem Frühstück braucht, ist hier richtig. Teilweise ist im Ort und auf der Insel sogar Englisch eine Sprachbarriere.
