Their internet at least for me was not great everytime i get logged on i move and i goes off they put a repeater in my room amd fixed everyrhing until my last night . It went ba k to the same old way

Strongly recommended this hotel to everyone who is looking for an accommodation in Pattaya. Staffs are really friendly, helpful. I was so sick during my vocation with family, one of staff from Taiwan, who sent me to the hospital, looked after me until I discharged from the hospital, but that moment I was not staying in the hotel, already check out. Room is bigger than I expected, clean. Gym room isn’t really big but those equipment are enough for you to use. Location is not really close to beach. Convenience store and chicken rice store is really close to the hotel only takes 1 mins to go. Chicken rice only sells USD1.5

舒適寬敞，身心安泰。交通方便，往海邊也步行２Ｏ分左右就到達。双套卧室，有小㕑房，有游水池，有露台，景觀頗開揚。另外坐車15分到附近的海鮮燒烤市場夜宵也不錯呢~

被前枱服務員抗了，給了錢去水上樂園等說好一個半小時能到怎知道等了兩小時還沒到態度還很差說不關她的事，浪費了我的旅遊時間垃圾

或許是飯店舊了!總比不上新的好，整體服務還算OK，旁邊有7-11與全家，也有機車出租，不過如果只是以walk street為主要逛街，當雙條車當趟10銖即可，離56大樓步行即可(約10分-15分鐘左右)

总体来说，十分划算。酒店很精品，房间里面非常干净。我住的是靠路边的房间，房间一点都不差，外面还有个小阳台，阳台可以坐着吸引看街景，真心不错。然后里面有厨具可以煮东西吃，冰箱也有配送两瓶水。说到这里，唯一不解的就是房间没有牙刷牙膏，还有拖鞋。当天晚上发现后就跑下去下面的便利店购买了。 便利店就在酒店不到10米的地方，所以还是非常方便。 交通这块，去哪里都近，只不过芭提雅的TAXI比较坑，摩托车也是坑，只不过没有TAXI乱开价而已。 个人建议有驾照的人，去自己租车走，导航很方便的，租摩托车一天也就200泰铢，十分划算，可是本人没有驾照，所以就只有给坑了。 服务这块，本人英文一般，沟通起来有点不方便，总体来说还是不错的，唯一不好的就是前台有个男的，眼神好像很鄙视我们一样，难不成中国人就应该受鄙视？？ 这点是非常不开心的，希望酒店以后多培训下员工素质，改善此块！其他服务都是很好的，都点赞！唯独男的前台一脸不耐烦外加鄙视眼神确实不好了。

好舒適的酒店

位置在山上，步行去旺區要15﹣20分鐘，建議搭「篤篤」車！服務態度超好的，而且很熱心幫我們。我訂的是一廳兩房的大房間，房間門鎖是用鑰匙，所以比較不好開。房間空間好大好舒適，露台超大。 總括而言，相對5星級高級飯店，這裡多一份人情味，很適合PATTAYA 的感覺。

Decent but not excellent

Easy check in, clean room, nice pool on the roof. The room wasn't aired out before we arrived and stank of moldy wood (furniture?) The rooms air con was noisy. Two calls to maintenance didn't resolve it. The room we had faced the street, and the road noise was enough to be noticable. I'd give the room service a miss, as the food wasn't tasty, for the price. The staff were great especially given the pandemic. I think in the future I'll look elsewhere, though. Between the initial smell, road noise and air con issues...

Location was great within walking distance to beach, restaurants, money exchange and laundry. Our room was upgraded upon arrival, not sure why maybe due to construction on a property directly behind the hotel during our stay. Either way the one bedroom was hug and had all the amenities of home. The onsite restaurant was exactly what I needed as I missed my American food. The owner of the restuarant was friendly and attentive. He made a point to introduce himself and ensure our orders were perfect and even gave us a few tips about the area. We ate breakfast their daily. That's where I'll be staying when we return to visit again.

stayed here 10 nights. Very nice hotel. Lovely clean swimming pool cleaned every day by mr pool man. Food in the restaurant is very good to. Thai and western dishes. Staff are friendly and professional. Really can’t knock this place. Will come back for sure

I generally liked everything.....except the traffic noise on Pratumnak Rd.... .the second floor facing the road has huge road noise, almost all the time. The rest of the stuff.....great place......super nice employees....all of them, from reception to maid service.

Very nice stay here.....the employees are the best. My only real "complaint" was the road noise.. which for me.....was horrible... 2nd floor, front. Ear plugs only caused a slight improvement.
