location was very good for me, but a a short baht bus ride away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. The bus route is only a few metres away. The hotel has a great restaurant and the staff are very friendly. One down point, there was no kettle, or microwave in the room. This is unusual as most hotels have a kettle. Other than that my stay was great!

Friendly staff and great food in restaurant

Great food at restaurant and very fair prices. Staff is super friendly, always ready to help. Room are little used, but clean. Wi-fi sometimes is not working but only for a while. Close to main road with 10baht bus, so you can easily go to Jomtien, or beach rd. It is a great place to stay:)

+das Hotel war in Ordnung. +Preis Leistung hat gepasst. +Relativ neu, bzw neu renoviert. +Personal und Chef sehr bemüht und freundlich. +Zimmer schön, + insgesamt sehr ruhig da es eine Nebenstrasse ist. +man kann Zimmer nach hinten buchen, haben bessere Aussicht, nur etwas teurer. Wir hatten Zimmer zur Strasse und es war trotzdem echt ruhig würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. -das man wenn gereinigt werden soll das Schild raushängen soll wurde erst dazugesagt nachdem wir reklamiert hatten das nicht gereinigt wurde. und die Reinigung war auch danach nicht wirklich besonders ;-) -das Hotel hat keinen Pool -die Matratzen relativ hart ABER: insgesamt voll Okay und tatsächlich empfehlenswert!

タップラヤー通りから、ソイを２～３分入ったところにあるホテル。周りは静かで夜はぐっすり眠れました。朝食も午前６時半から提供してくれるのは大きなポイント。ただし、ソイの入口にコンビニはあるものの、そのほか、周りにはあまり飲食店がありません。 昼はだらだら部屋で過ごし、夜はＷＳへの単純往復のみで遊ばれる方には大変おススメできます。ジョムティエンバス乗り場へもソンテウで２～３分です。

Excellent service & food!!!

The service is super excellent. Very friendly staffs and hotel owner. You can check in at 1AM - 2AM. There is always a staff at the reception. What you can't miss at this place is the Thai Food at lobby restaurant. The food is super amazing. Very authentic taste and very very very cheap!!!! I had it once two years ago and came back yesterday. Never disappointed!! Unlike many hotels in the same tiers, A/C here works very well which is very comfortable during the sleep. The location may not be at the downtown pattaya but it's good enough to travel everywhere with motorcycle or GRAB taxi or with your own car. The room is getting a bit older than the first time we came last two years but still in a very good condition.

3 de maal dat ik er verbleef . 4 jaar geleden was alles nog in nieuwstaat maar de meeste dingen zijn nu aan vervanging toe.( schilderen) . de buurt is er niet op vooruit gegaan.al het personeel van toen is vervangen ( vorige waren veel behulpzamer ) volgende keer ga ik er niet meer logeren. wel goede wifi

Good stay. Good wi-fi. -close to park. It’s quiet and nice. Around 20 mins away from the beach and all noise. Big and comfterble bathroom. Shower has great hot water.

Appertmentaus in ruhiger aber guten Lage

War jetzt das zweite mal im T5 und würde auch ein drittes mal gehen. Die Lage ist super. Zu Fuss max 20 Min an Jomtien Beach und Max 25 Min in die City (Südpattaya). Zur 10 Bath Taxi Line sind es gar nur 200 Meter. Der einzigste negative Punkt, es gibt keinen Pool. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und die Küche im Haus ist echt klasse und sehr preiswert.
