I enjoyed my stay at Mr Mac's

The negatives- There's noise from the street and at times you hear noise from the hallway. Also, the bed is a little hard and I prefer a soft bed. There's no elevator, but that is no problem really unless you come and go often. However, thrre was a lot of good. Positives- The service is great. The ladies who operate the place are wonderful. Check in was quick and they always had smiles, I was able to use the microwave, housekeeping was good, the location is just right - I could walk or ride the blue truck to walking st.. 3 good pillows which helped with the firm bed. A nice size room. I plan to return.

Good location easy transport vaiue for money helpful staff 4 floors no lift so make sure you staying on floor 1 or 2 Tiled floors in room very noisy if people staying in room above Not much choice of tv programmes Have stayed before and would stay again mainly indian guests and indian owned so standards are good

Clean and reasonably priced hotel. Easy access to Pattaya as it is on the main route only 10B. Homers restaurant attached to the hotel is very reasonable. Meals and service are good.

Stay away, not recommend

No elvator☹️ Our room smell of urine. There's a crack on the floor which debris came out. We had bedsheets with yellow stained on. The four nights we stayed there, we were using the same sheets/blankets. All the staffs did was made our beds, take out the trash and gave us new towels. The wall is thin, we can hear our neighbors. We had unexpected visitors (gecko/ants) We inform the person at the front desk but came back in the evening to find out, it wasn't clean up. ( I used my mosquitos repellent that's how I know they didn't clean up) Out of the four hotels I stayed in, this is the most dirtiest. I would not recommend this place even if you're on a budget. You're better off in a hostel, plus not a family friendly place.

Refurbished, clean large size rooms and Cheap

I've stayed here before, close to both beaches, and walking distance to Walking Street. Local transport to both beaches for 30 cents US each way, quick services. Rooms have been refurbished and nicely decorated. Large size rooms. Can't beat the price.

Good staff; good condition in some rooms

Very friendly staff who agreed to upgrade our room to a higher grade one. The air con was not working well in some rooms. Lighting was a bit too dim. Bugs flying in some rooms. Other than these issues I am highly satisfied with Mac's.

It was a pleasant stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative, they helped us in every possible way to make us feel comfortable.

在这一趟出行，这是家人异口同声都不喜欢的酒店。房间阴森、有很重的霉味，木板散发难闻的气味。家里有老人，要爬四楼、没有电梯，更没有服务人员能够帮客人提行李。还好只住了一晚。家庭房插座却完全不够用。接下来还是说一下优点：一，洗手间是新装修过的，相对而言比较好。二，前台服务还是不错的。
