「We stayed here on our first visit to Santiago and found it to be a comfortable and welcoming choice. The location is excellent, with plenty of boutiques, cafés, and restaurants all around within easy walking distance. The room was clean and well-kept, though the wooden floors did squeak a bit. Most of the staff spoke English, which was very helpful as first-time visitors. Parking in the area is difficult, but we didn’t have a car and honestly didn’t need one since everything was close by....

「El desayuno es bueno pero la variedad es la misma todos los días. Si es posible, espero hacer más cambios. El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas.
