「We loved this hotel. It was a great location: nice park across the street, very little traffic on street in front of hotel, restaurants/cafes/bars near by and subway close. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic with fresh fruit, eggs, cheese, delicious bakery items, etc. Our room was very clean, nice bathroom. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Refrigerator in room. We loved to end the day in the rooftop area. We would get a glass of wine from the bar at hotel, sit and...

「Clean and relaxing environment, was a great place to base ourselves from to look around Santiago. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. I felt very safe staying here. Would definitely stay here again if we were back in Santiago」
