Great location 2 minutes from the Beach ,backs onto a street full of bars and restaurants very comfortable with air conditioning and a mini fridge.staff really helpful and comfortable all round. Perfect place for us to stay for a night. Whilst only a block away from nightlife etc we could not hear anything at night sleeping. Aircon good. Place clean. And the owners very helpful. They stayed up late waiting for us until midnight to let us in after a late flight which was really appreciated.

What a great place. Totally quiet. Didn’t hear a sound while I was in my room for 5 days. A/C worked great. All furniture was new, old school style but newly made. The location can’t be beat. How wasted was great. Water pressure was super strong. Internet was very fast. Best value for the money in Patong.
