Bonjour, nous avons sélectionné cet hôtel car il avait 5 étoiles et qu’ils présentait de belles photos Cet hôtel est laisse à l’abandon et est très vieillissant il ne mérite seulement 3 étoiles, le petit déjeuner est INEXISTANT!!! La salle de sport sent la moisissure ..et j’en passe Très Très cher pour ce que c’est j’ai fait des 5 étoile ma sur Patong et kata vous pouvez trouver beaucoup mieux gardez votre argent !! Et allez ailleurs pour beaucoup mieux ! Seul pour positif sa situation près de la mer.

ホテルの外観が不気味なペイントが塗られて気色悪い。節約しているのかフロント以外暗かった。ただ大晦日の日は廊下やエレベーターホールが明るくなりびっくりした。ホテルのスタッフも質問事項に対し面倒なそぶりをたびたびされたり、プールでの喫煙者が多く本当に気分が悪かった。

The hotel/resort is at the very beginning of the Patong Beach strip -- literally across the street from the Patong Beach welcome sign -- thus, transport (taxis, scooters) will be required if you intend to venture to the heart of the strip (restaurants/bars/clubs, etc) -- especially late night. The staff and security are friendly and very accommodating. I brought a minor issue to the manager's attention and they resolved it to my satisfaction immediately! The room was pretty comfy and the cleaning staff did a really good keep it fresh. That being said, however, the pictures for the property are outdated. One-half of it under construction. I think it will be a great hotel when construction is complete and its fixtures (sink and toilet) are updated and recaulked (the molding in the sink was worn and my toilet leaked). The beach is across the street -- which is a real plus, and the property has a really nice "glass wall" infinity pool with bar overlook a view of beach and ocean.

Nice Hotel

Hotel was nice, very quiet as there were only 10 guests at the time. Breakfast was served in the room, which was ok, fairly basic. Pool is great, gym has all you need. Staff have limited English but very attentive. Beachfront about 500 metres to Bangla Rd

The hotel was great, pool is closed due renovation. Would have been great to have known ahead of time as we wouldn’t have booked it. But manager Don, i believe his name was , was very accommodating Great hotel, very clean, well located, across from the beach. There is a major language barrier but that’s just in general in Thailand

Not a 4.5 anything

Where do I begin?? After 2 attempts our tv is still not working. Channels are fuzzy and they couldn't fix it. Our sink was stopped up, beds are hard. Lastly this hotel could use more lighted path ways and just a major overhaul. Breakfast buffet was great. However I would not make a reservation here.

NOT a 4 Star, it is 3 stars at BEST

We still have few more nights to spend here and could not help it but to put in a review now. Pros: Location is across from water and far away from the strip that it is pretty quiet. Cons: I truly cannot find anything that would rate this hotel a 4 start hotel. They barely can communicate with you in English, breakfast is mediocre, service is average, the room is average, the facilities are average and for sure the place needs a shot of Botox, some TLC. If you are booking just do not expect much more than a barely 3 start overall. We are very disappointed and unfortunately cannot cancel or change our booking.

Nice hotel, not too far from the main strip wnd right over the road from the beach. I had issues with the cleanliness and functionality of the jacuzzi however they were quick to come and clean it when the issue was raised. Overall a good stay but definitely room for improvement

Oppholdet var heilt greit men hotellet treng en oppussing. Bassenget manglet veldig mange fliser og vår datter skjærte seg på en skarp kant på grunn av dette. Frokosten var kjæmpegod med masse valgmuligheter.

정실론, 방가로드 와는 멀어서 밤에 조금 힘들어요 툭툭이 항상 200바트 정도 하고 걸어서는 15분 거리정도 되니 비치 따라 산책겸 걸으며 오면 좋아요 비치타올도 빌려주구요. 특히 숙소 앞 해변이 좋아요. 아예 중심이 아니다 보니 좀 더 한적하고요 거의 대부분은 백인이네요

Hidden jewel, great location

Amazing stay, great location close enough to the action and always far enough away to enjoy yourself! We didn’t mind walking (about 15mins to bangla rd), Tuk tuk are about $200-$300baht to bangla rd. Don was amazing, he made sure our stay was amazing, definitely went above and beyond for us, we loved him! The rest of the staff was friendly too, all smiles! We will definitely be back! The artwork around the hotel was amazing too!

This is our second year staying here. Flashback: last year we arrived friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel m, awesome rooms, great hotel nice bar pool. Flash forward: this hotel looks run down. Our room has mold in the sink. Smelled of mildew. Tiles has been replaces with concrete in the shower. Water doesn’t escape properly if it falls out the tub. The cleaners only made up the bed but didn’t clean the room. We had empty coconuts and they left them there. There were old cigarette butts all throughout the rocks on the deck in front of our room. There was a plate of old half earn watermelon in front of another room. It stayed there for at least three days. They never replenished the soap or shampoo we used our own. The young last at reception was truly trying but she didn’t fully understand our requests and we apologize for not knowing Thai at the same time she inconvenienced us several ones by confirming or acknowledging something she didn’t fully understand. There were cats running around in and out of the kitchen while we were in the restaurant when we went to eat. And we both were sick that night. The place needs: Staff training Health and safety in the restaurant Airport shuttle service needs to be explained to all staff Huge cleanup in the hotel. Water damage needs to be assessed. Can be seen from inside rooms.

Big room and nice shower. But elevator and key room was not ok, sometimes have to trying 4-5 times to open room door, and to close door of elevator. No privacy in room 341 for the jacuzzi.

Excellent hotel, quite and peaceful.

Nice place. Great staff. Nice location by the beach, 15 min walk to center of the center. Great pool. I recommend but bare in mind the location, if you look for good quite place by the beach- look no further!
