"Unfortunately couldn't see the northern lights. We did the ice sculpting but was given no instructions. You have to have reservations for the restaurant but there's no where else to really to eat near by. The igloos were nice for two people, clean and warm. Overall it's a good experience, but overpriced abd don't expect to see the northern lights. "

"Stayed overnight in the SnowHotel room—the instruction given was perfect, and no-I was not cold at all (and I get cold easily!). Staff were very helpful and courteous, answered questions and were generally so pleasant and knowledgeable to interact with. Breakfast was excellent. "
