「I normally do not write reviews, but this place made me happy. Hotel staff : Friendly as can be! Very helpful and smiling. Helped me book massages, tours, etc. The woman who manages the place does a good job. I never saw the owner the 9 days I was there. Room: I had a corner room and it was spacious and great with the amenities you would expect from a quality hotel. Location: Very close to the Sheraton and water taxis (5 minute walk at most). The surrounding area is a bit more common, but street...

"I had a great stay at Grande Centre Point Terminal 21. The hotel’s location is unbeatable — it’s directly connected to Terminal 21 shopping mall, which offers a huge variety of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. It’s also right next to both the BTS and MRT stations, making it super convenient to travel around Bangkok. The area is lively but still feels safe and clean. There are plenty of food options, from street food to international cuisine, all within walking distance. I also appreciated having 7-Eleven and other convenience stores nearby for quick snacks or essentials. The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Overall, it's a perfect place for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great access to everything Bangkok has to offer. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city."
