Staff provided easy and clear instructions to get into the property as well as some information for what's nearby for food and breakfast etc. Everything was clean, comfortable and cosy. "

During our stay, we experienced an unacceptable incident: the inside handle on our room door came off, trapping us inside the room around dinner time.
