「Everything in the hotel feels special. The staff always are attentive and helpful without being overbearing. The hotel smells amazing, a scent which apparently is designed specifically for the hotel. Housekeeping come to the room twice a day - once in the morning/early afternoon (as normal) and once in the evening, just to ask if you need any cleaning, or otherwise to bring you an eye mask and a relaxation sweet to help you sleep.
