「This was a great place to stay. Very walkable to all amenities like the beach and great restaurants. We will be staying here again! Easy check in and check out as well. The only negative to the visit was parking. There are only 3 spots in the back and they were taken during our whole stay. We parked out front of the property and got a $40 ticket (had no idea it was paid parking as there were no signs). So be prepared to pay for parking if you can't get one of the 3 spots in the back. ...

「Things I loved about staying at Sabal Palm- the proximity to the beach, kindness of staff, bikes, beach supplies- chairs, umbrellas, etc., having a laundry facility, and proximity to other beaches and restaurants. Things not so top notch- bath towels- hand towels- washcloths dingy white and warn out. These really should be replaced. After first two days, washcloths were not replaced with fresh towels.(nit picky I know.) Some of the walls had stain marks - could use a Mr Clean sponge. The...

「The motel is pretty average and the price is reasonable but the unbelievable location and beach access is worth it alone. You basically have the beach to yourself unlike up the road in Clearwater beach where you can't turn around without running into someone. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future.」

The rooms were really run down, did not have iron and ironing board, had to request and they have limited office hours, so glad we caught that early enough. The kitchenette did not have a working stove top and we had plans to make dinner, bought food and couldn’t cook. Had to wait till the next day to get a h plug in hot plate which ruined our plans and cooked the next day to keep food from being wasted as it was fresh...

「Ok there is a lot this resort does right but can improve on some things. The activities for the kids are endless! Our group from 3-12 loved the waterslide on the beach & pool with the DJ/kids games was a lot of fun. The beach is beautiful and it perfect for young kids!! One of the biggest downsides is the elevators. They take forever to come and are often packed when you get one.
