「Location was good! No telephone in the room to communicate No water at all No cattle to boil water I think no clean system till check out」

「Pillow was totally flat. Shampoo and Body Wash was not labelled.」

「Communication with check in staff is very convenient via WhatsApp and prompt to respond. Instructions to collect keys and locating the designated parking spot are clear. Apartment is clean though the furnishing is spartan; will be more homely if the place is spruced up. The water heater and water pressure in the common bathroom didn’t work for us though; but the bathroom in the master bedroom worked well. Location is very convenient; almost next door to Aeon Mall.」

「Main Bathroom drainage is poor and have smelled of sewage. Insect like moth alike sticking on wall.」

「Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!」

「The host for this property never provided me check-in instructions and never responded to communications attempts by me or by the hotels.com help disk. I used the ohine number included in the reservation confirmation, and I believe hotels.com help desk used the in-app message service. The host didn't respond to either. I finally had to book last minute elsewhere. This was a pre-paid reservation but as of yet I've been unsuccessful getting a refund. 」

「the building is very new, entry to the floors required a pass. It’s easy to get a cab from here as there’s a drop off point right in front. The listing is just a room by itself - the toilet had a slight wet smell but not something serious. Floor was a little dusty but doesn’t affect as well. Our concerns were only that the listing next to ours (They separated 1 unit into 2 listings) we could hear them quite loudly. Other than that, it’s a 3-4 min walk to KSL, so it’s quite convenient.
