"We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and tidy. If you enjoy sleeping on extremely firm beds then this is the place for you. I found that I woke up hurting because it was too hard for me. The staff were very helpful. It was nice to have breakfast included. The location is extremely convenient to the historical center. We found out when we were leaving that there’s actually a gym here, but we weren’t made aware of it."

"El hotel está en excelentes condiciones, el personal es súper atento y amable, todo el servicio en general fue genial. Pasé una gran estancia y lo recomiendo ampliamente. Solo compartiré algunos detalles que ouedan apoyar a otros usuarios. Me hospedé en una habitación estándar que si se sintió muy pequeña y con poca movilidad, el hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento, pero tienen convenio con uno que queda a 4 calles, llegar caminando es rápido, el problema es tratar de regresar al hotel en el automovil ya sea para ir por equipaje o por cualquier cosa, porque por el trafico de CDMX puede tomarte hasta 30 min, pero si solo planeas estar en el centro histórico no hay problema."

"This was a clean, safe, and convenient spot to stay for one night near hotel. The bus shuttle to airport is a godsend! Just make sure you call as soon as you go past customs/ security to secure your ride. My only disappointment was the hot food at free buffet. It was a bit bland. Also, there was an irksome inconsistency on how to clean after yourself in the breakfast lobby. One group of people are told to pick up plates/ cups while other groups leave their table a mess without a word. The rule should be everyone picks up after themselves, display this rule somewhere prominently, and apply consistently. Otherwise some guests could come out feeling as if they are being treated unfairly. Or at least, it would look that way…Besides that point, it is a fine hotel."

"Who This Is Actually For: I’m Mexican, so I expected the noise—especially Thursday through Sunday when the neighborhood is alive with music, people, and that weekend energy. That’s just how our culture rolls, and honestly? It’s vibrant and real. I’d absolutely recommend this for Mexican families needing a few nights in the city, or honestly anyone who appreciates authentic, lived-in neighborhoods over sanitized tourist zones. Who Should Skip It: If you’re visiting Mexico City for the first time and expecting a quieter, curated experience, this isn’t it. This is for people who get the culture—who know that Friday and Saturday nights mean music, life, and yes, noise. If that makes you uncomfortable, pick somewhere in Polanco or Chapultepec or Roma Norte instead."
