"My wife and I love staying at the Golden Phoenix every time we’re in Manila. I do wish that the rooms were better maintained. For example: the bathroom exhaust fan has never worked, the bathroom is way under lit with only one can ceiling light (this makes doing makeup impossible), tv cable is so worn that tv reception is poor, bathroom fixtures need replacing. Also, a bit more attention to general floor cleaning could be improved. If these items were indeed addressed, the Golden Phoenix would be a premier top tier hotel. Much thanks"
