「Es un lugar hermoso y la atención fue increíble. Hice la reserva para mis papás y los atendieron con mucha amabilidad y preocupación. Además, les dieron un voucher para ir a desayunar en uno de los cafés cercanos y mi mamá (que es celíaca) pudo comer medialunas sin gluten. De verdad recomiendo este lugar a ojos cerrados. 」

「Rooms were very nice, the staff was courteous, but I felt there were not enough staff during breakfast. Food was very good, and the wine fountain was great! We spent the afternoon at the terrace which was delightful, and the bartender there was excellent.」

「Great stay, centrally located, friendly staff, good breakfast. Our only complaint was the.noise coming from the bathroom vent, we herd our neighbors a bit. But, closing the bathroom door stopped the noise.
I'd stay at the Plaza Portal again for sure!」
