「They had an extraordinary knowledgeable and polite and good humored staff and the owner Mister Singh was very engaged with his staff and those that are doing the renovations of the building which will coming along very well , just in the time I was there for 3 nights. I would recommend this to anyone , and I will be going back again this summer.」

「I reserved a smoking room online, but when I arrived, the staff told me that there are no smoking room in the whole building. I am disappoint!」

「Breakfast food was stale. We needed to ask to have our room turned over daily and we had to ask everyday as wasn’t done even when we asked. Facilities were clean overall. Not enough places to put your things in the room. No microwave. Not enough hooks, bathroom fan didn’t work and bathroom tiles were loose. One staff nighttime worker only who was very nice/responsive.」

「The bartender in the Pub was excellent. He was knowledgable, friendly and very timely. He made our dinner most enjoyable. 」

「Our bathroom toilet was not cleaned. Has dried urine and fecal matter on it. The room is so loud we could not sleep. We were apparently under a laundry room. The windows sounded like they were open, you can hear people talking outside and road noise was very loud.」

「Be careful when booking a room here. Be sure to request a room on the "non highway" side of the hotel. We were on the 4th floor on the highway side (I81). All we heard all night were truck Jake breaks as they decreased speed preparing for the hill outside the hotel. Little to no sleep was had. As a Hilton Honors member, I was extremely disappointed, particularly when staff responded to the issue with, "Sorry to hear that"」

「The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. Outside the hotel, for several hours a night, cars drove by with modified mufflers, revving their engines and playing loud, reverberating music. It was so disruptive to any sense of peace and quiet, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 2 AM. Really nice place, but will not return due to the street activity and noise.」
