"The room itself was fine and the staff were polite and helpful during the stay. The main issue was breakfast on the second day. There were no eggs, no cups, no cheese, and no tea available at all. It felt like nothing had been restocked and there was little effort to fix it during breakfast hours. A few guests were waiting around hoping items would be brought out but it never really happened. It left a disappointing impression because breakfast is usually an important part of the stay. Everything else was okay but this really brought the experience down."
