「Staff were amazing!!! For the price it’s a great hotel. Not much to do in the area though」

「We stayed here in the middle of a 14 day vacation. It was very relaxing, clean and awesome spa amenities. I especially appreciated the Turkish Bath. The rooms were very nice with incredible views and balconies. Great place to unwind. 」

「Complicated self check-in with several security codes. No one on site to assist. Local phone number not helpful for international travelers. Worst is the smell of the rooms... musty, basement rooms... left window open, blew fan AC all night which made it slightly better. Would NOT recommend. 」

「We would have liked a more powerful shower head rather than a “wand” in the shower. Also, hotter water would be great after a long day of hiking. 」

「Parking lot is only a bared ground, creeps ask for money when we drove in. The room is big with a kitchen, good for a family travel. I phoned the reception for the wifi password and she ask me to go down and get it diretly. When I returned to my room, the wifi didn't work and I called the receptio again, that is when they told me the Wifi ONLY works in the lobby. You have to ask for a hair drier at the reception and they ask you to return it right after you use it. Someone knocked few times on...

「O staff é muito atencioso e prestável, o pequeno almoço é bom servido com muita simpatia e atenção para com os hóspedes. Se optar por fazer refeições no Hotel, o serviço de restaurante é excelente, com pouca diversidade, mas com qualidade de excelência, muito bem confeccionada e as sugestões do chef são excelentes. O local inspira á tranquilidade rodeado de natureza, espaços muito bem tratados e limpos e onde os nosso animais de estimação são aceites e muito bem tratados por todos. 」
