It is a 35 minute walk to Playa Magdalena, so you might find better to rent a bike, to make it easier to move to the other beaches and around town. 「Hello. Very poor service. The reception staff was extremely unavailable. They only sent a message saying they would return at 3 pm, which never happened. The room was terribly maintained, including damage to the shower, water leaks, and mold on the walls. The kitchen equipment was very poor. My room was 316, and all the hotel's appliances and equipment were outside the window. Since there was no air conditioning, I had to choose between the noise and cooking. I do not recommend this place.」

「木頭隔間非常的糟，住了兩晚，一直聽到隔壁歡樂，還有做愛的呻吟聲，晚上也很吵！總之，隔音效果不好，衣櫥打開有一種奇怪的霉味，裡面沒有冷氣，床鋪也很小，附近有很多旅館，感覺應該會比較好，做了這麼多平價旅館，這一間真的是最糟的，感覺踩雷了！」

「I spent 4 days in Santander and the hotel is really good. Nice location, clean and staffs are very nice and helpful. They helped me to arrange for early check in and helped us to book the restaurants. I am pretty sure I will book this hotel again.」

「Room was not very large but packed in kitchenette and ensuite bathroom with small veranda with view over the nature reserve opposite. Staff were welcoming enthusiastic and very helpful they made the stay so good. The roof top bar was good to sit in the sun although the bar only serves in the summer. 」
