「When we arrived it became apparent that I had made a big mistake and arrived a day early. Thankfully, Valerie (apologies if I have your name wrong) helped us out and sorted us out, which was much appreciated. All the staff were helpful and, even though there was a language barrier, still made us comfortable. 」

But beyond all of that, the entire staff went far above and beyond to provide us with the best possible time at Arvum Hotel Botique. That includes the dog and parrot. 「The location, the views, and especially the room are absolutely amazing! BUT: The check out process is designed the ruin the entire positive experience... So be patient especially if you from the US this will freak you out ( they charged us for a small towel that got dirty with make up in the restroom) they come with you to the room and take pictures of amenities while you're discovering the room, that was weird but ok I guess....but now the check out process is really weird and has nothing to...

「Mylos hotel was a hidden gem in Guatape. Such a cute luxury boutique hotel and near everything. From the moment we stepped in we were greeted by the wonderful staff. Hotel look just like the pictures. Will definitely stay here again in the future. 」
