「Arrived late, but the staff was able to get me taken care of and in my room quickly. Stunning views and a friendly staff! If you’re going to guatape I would recommend staying here!」

「Very difficult to enter. Address is incorrect on ALL advertising. Front door AND back door is locked after a certain time in the evening (we were stuck inside for more than an hour until someone finally came). Won't stay there again.」

「This was a quaint little place, just a 5-minute walk across the bridge from the center of town. The rooms were decent-sized, spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. My room had a terrace overlooking the garden area. The bathroom was large enough to move and shower, with plenty of hot water. The hosts were available and friendly, and the breakfast was quite sufficient, and served with a smile. 」

「The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. A few days before arrival, I was told to call a number or go to a building that wasn’t clearly identifiable on Google Maps and wasn’t actually opposite the bus terminal as stated. On the day, I then received multiple WhatsApp messages about collecting the keys—difficult to manage without mobile data, meaning I had to find WiFi just to check in. On arrival, the floors had clearly just been mopped and were still wet, leaving footprints...

「La habitación muy agradable, con su pequeño balcón, vista a las alturas de Guatape. Es un lugar super tranquilo y bien fresco ! Los dos jacuzzis están bien limpio, en el rooftop. El trato del personal es excelente. Particularmente Garzon que me hizo sentir como en casa con muchas atenciones. Y para transporte al pueblo , un Tuktuk llega en 5 minutos!」

「La ubicación y vista del apto, espectacular. Apto moderno bien iluminado, bien en camas y ropa de cama. No obstante, al estar en via principal lleva ruido en la noche y madrugada (carros, motos, trafico, personas, etc). Ahora bien, de atención urgente, el mantenimiento en el apto por el olor a alcantarilla en el baño principal, cabina de baño auxiliar suelta y con peligro de quebrarse, silla de sala con forro totalmente roto.. mantenimiento urgente.」
