Die Unterkunft ist super sauber und sehr gepflegt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Unsere Wohnung wurde täglich gereinigt und auch die Qualität der täglichen Reinigung geht weit über das normale Maß hinaus. Nikolas ist ein toller Gastgeber der uns vom Flughafen abgeholt hat, und auch zur Weiterreise am Abreisetag zum Hafen gefahren hat. Das Engagement von Nikolas für seine Gäste und die Gastfreundlichkeit sind außergewöhnlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Amazing stay! Nikolas was an exceptionally welcoming host to his property. We booked two villas and they were both very spacious and great to stay! A/C cold, parking on premise since we rented a car. He allowed us to do laundry as needed and met with us to give a map, recommendations for things to do and places to eat on the island. He checked in frequently and picked us up from the port. We were able to contact him at any given time as needed. We ended up having to call an ambulance because a person in the group became violently ill and he assisted us with calling and getting them there quickly. Without his assistance I am not sure what we could have done ourselves. His property is wonderful and he was the best host!! Would stay again for sure!

Great hotel - close to the main town. Nicholas was very helpful in providing great places to see, and eat! We found that we needed a car to get around - he helped with that too!

Great Hospitality

Very good accommodation, ideal for a relaxing break - very nice pool, peace and quiet, very well kept apartment. The host, Nikolas, is so helpful and attentive - pick-ups from the port, local knowledge, always on hand to help with any questions, as well as being so friendly. I would definitely recommend this for any family looking to stay on the beautiful island of Paros.

The perfect stay for our time in Paros. The property is only a short, easy walk into town and had everything we could need. Amazing villa

Nikolas was extremely accommodating with our arrival and check out times and was able to stow our bags until we could check in. He also offered transport to and from the port. Easy 10 out of 10 stay. Nikolas est un hote parfait: accueil chaleureux, conseils précieux pour les visites, les plages, les restaurants. Il est toujours disponible et avenant. We stayed 3 nights as a family and had a lovely stay. Nikolas the owner couldn't be more helpful - picking us up from the port, dropping us at the airport and taking us to the car rental place. All his recommendations for restaurants, beaches and places to stay were great. The accommodation was lovely, clean and in a quiet spot only 10-15 min walk to the beach and town in Parakia. The kids were also very pleased with the wifi and netflix!

We had an awesome 4 night stay at the property. Nikolas was a great host providing a ride to and from the airport. He also took the time to sit down with us with a map of the island and gave us many recommondations for dining beaches, etc. It's a great location very close to town but yet very quiet and peaceful. Nikolas was such a warm and amazing host! He gave us so much information about the area as well as a map. He welcomed any questions. Place exceeded our expectations! Very nice and well kept and clean. Fully equipped kitchen and coffee maker. He even supplied coffee. As well as housekeeping daily. I can not say enough about how wonderful this stay was. The property is beautiful, located just a quick 15 minute walk from downtown. The area was very safe and during the walk downtown you can even see horses on the side of the road. The terrace was perfect for a glass of wine while looking at the stunning mountain scenery and I was even able to do laundry during my stay. Although the property was immaculate, the true reason this location stands out is the owner Nikolas. Nikolas was so helpful with communication before and during my stay, even providing transportation to and from the airport. He helped me rent a car easily and gave me a detailed map of the whole island with places I wouldn't have found otherwise. Nikolas ensured I truly had the most wonderful time in Paros, and I will continue to come back. He is the true definition of Greek hospitality!
