「The room was not very clean. The pool bottom has loose cement where you feel like you are stepping on rocks. The breakfast buffet was nasty. The 2nd shift desk clerk was very kind. I will definitely pick a different motel if I stay in the area again.」

「We stayed a night as we were transiting through the city. There is plenty parking, but the room was dusty, the bath wash container was empty. The breakfast was a disaster, it is not buffet breakfast it is continental breakfast. The waffle machine was left with batter and it was burnt, we had to clean it before using. The spread was really sub standard. I will definitely not be coming back to this hotel.」

「First and Foremost what was the point booking a specific room I saw and wanted off of Expedia to not get said room when arrived to site. Secondly, I inspected the room first thing and found trash under the kitchen cabinet, brought it up to front desk attention and they wouldn’t let me switch rooms as I had already been in the room for a couple of minutes. What kind of excuse is that? This is the last time I book with Comfort Inn.」

「Hotel was nice, staff were nice room had a chlorine smell my room was not near pool. Overall had a good stay didn’t go to pool area or hot tub didn’t have breakfast as it was for purchase and didn’t have time for a sit down only a grab and go. Was happy with stay」

「Close to downtown Marshall, Mi. About 10 minutes from Firekkeeper's Casino and Hotel. Enjoyed delicious lunch at historic Win Schuler's restaurant which I highly recommend for lunch or dinner. We did not stay for complimentary bteakfast. Room very clean but felt only 2 washcloths inadequate for two persons in the room.」

「We came to Marshall because one of us has always been a big fan of John Bellairs, particularly "The House With A Clock in Its Walls." Seeing the house that this was based on was pure geek-fandom for me. But we also discovered a cool little Michigan town with good eats and nice walkability. The room was everything we needed for our short trip. Clean, nice, and close to the stuff we wanted to see.」
