"This hotel has many plus points. Friendly staff, good food, nice room and clean. They are very dog friendly too which we liked. Just a few niggles. The bathroom could use a black out roller blind, as the thin voile curtains don’t feel like they offer enough privacy at night with the playing field opposite. Also when we came back from dinner the room had a sewage smell. We wonder if the drains were dry from a long spell of non use. The air con soon dispersed the smell and it did not return....
