"Our room smelled really bad, had we not been late for a dinner reservation we would have asked to get another room. Hotel was under renovation and our room had not been renovated yet, but it was clean and there were plenty of pillows and towels. The pool area looked nice and the breakfast was okay. "

"I bought a two bed room. At check in they asked if we would like a one bedroom for the Same price. I said okay and when I walked into that room, it was disgusting. It smelled like mold. You sit on the bed and it shifts back and forth on the frame so you feel like you’re gonna fall through with one wrong move. The sheets had dirty stains on them, the bathtub has seen better days. Oh! And not to mention, the WINDOW DID NOT LOCK! There was NO SCREEN ON THE WINDOW. Anyone can easily come and go as they please WITHOUT even having to buy a room on the FIRST FLOOR!!! SAFETY is NOT a priority, at least on the first floor. When going back to ask about room change, they were sold out. So where is my room that i ORIGINALLY BOUGHT? I did NOT complete my stay at this hotel due to the fact I’m an out of state WOMAN BY MYSELF. Checked out and left. "
