「The Chateaux was a great experience! From the moment we arrived the staff was helpful, friendly, and so accommodating. We really appreciated Jono taking our car, our bags and helping us to our room and giving us a rundown of the hotel. The courtyard was fantastic and we loved the hot tubs! Such a great property and atmosphere. We highly recommend the Chateaux! The smores kits provided were pretty stale and ultra processed. Would have loved fresher, higher quality marshmallows, but you can’t...

「I liked this room, though I had specifically booked room 302 with a hill view and first ended up in a room with a parking lot view. I did get switched to the correct room eventually but not sure why the property didn’t know what room I booked until I showed them. It mattered to me. Rooms 302 and 304 have south (hill views) and 302 also has a view east, though the dumpster on that side gets used noisily in the early morning or late at night. 「This place is a dump. Super hot and humid outdoor and it's worst when you're indoor coz there's no AC so your roasting on 100° with no fan, no AC and moldy room. You can even open the window due to heat and construction outside that Expedia FAILED to addressed during reservations. Only after the host emailed and informed us that there's construction and the parking was sooo far away. Stay away」
