不尊重房客隱私權
Check out 的時間是12:00，但是在10:00之後就有打掃人員敲門，之後就直接開門進入，連續發生兩次，跟櫃台反應這件事，她給的回應是因為我們沒有發出聲音和回應，還在休息睡覺怎麼會有聲音呢，這樣直接進入侵犯隱私權甚至安全，住宿經驗很差，下次絕對不會考慮這間 - The check out time is 12 o’clock, but at 10 o’clock the cleaner knock the door. We didn’t answer it and the cleaner open the door com inside directly. It happened twice. We complaint to the front desk. Her answer is that we didn’t make any noise or response, the cleaner thought we were already left. But we were sleeping how could we make any noise?! It offense our privacy and even safety. Bad experience and will never book here.

房間雖然不大但是很乾淨 離巴黎東站,西站很近 交通很不錯 有櫃台管理所以不用擔心入住時間太晚 The rooms are small but clean and the hotel is very close to the Gare de l'Est train station and the Gare West station. There is counter management, so don't worry about staying too late

location good, others just ok
It was very late when I arrived the hotel. If you know the location in advance, it's very close to the Railway Station. Good choice if you must catch an early train in the morning. But it's too high for this single purpose.

Très bon hôtel, accueil chaleureux 24/24. A 3m minutes de la Gare Montparnasse face à la Tour à gauche Timhotel. Propriété, un seul bémol, l'ascenseur fait du bruit surtout après 23h. Je le recommande, restaurant à proximité et ligne de métro ligne 6.

The first room we received is not exactly the same as in the photo we saw when we book. The property managed to exchange the room for us even they have limit choice. And because of the weather in the summer season, I need to open the window as there is no air conditioner. That's why the noise was comimg in.

L'accueil un peu distend : on ne vous accompagnement à la bagagerie ! Peu de vaisselle pour le petit déjeuner : pas d'assiette ! 2 serviettes seulement pour la douche ! Moins bien que son "cousin" de la "Tour Montparnasse".

El hotel estaba limpio, el baño amplio, la habitación un poco pequeña. No es como en la foto. La atención del primer empleado fue como si no tuviera ganas de atendernos, después llegó otro que es latinoamericano y fue muy amable.
