Room was sizeable and nicely laid out. A few technical problems were not corrected despite repeated comments to reception (USB plugs not working; closet light not shutting properly when door closed). Used the gym but not the sauna, jacuzzi or restaurants. Location good and close to metro.

We loved our stay here!! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were quiet and the overall vibe and decor were so cute! I liked the location also - close to the Eiffel Tower and a few transit lines, but also quiet and peaceful. If you want to stay in a more happening neighborhood this may not be the place for you, but it felt close enough to everything that I preferred coming home to some peace and quiet.

My family of four, two adult children, absolutely loved staying here. It was a quieter neighborhood, with lots of dining options close by. And just a sort ride or walk to the Eiffel Tower.
