Pros: First, this shouldn’t be a surprise but the hotel is well located, a minute walk from the arc de triomphe and to a subway station. It doesn’t get better than this for a central location. Second, the area is safe, there are many food options around even though restaurants could be overpriced. The bed was fine, but the blackout curtains were simply amazing: Seriously, if you leave them closed, you won’t know whether it’s 2 am or noon. The staff was also very friendly and helpful to us. Cons: Our room (2 adults) was very small. Even for a single person I would have found the room to be on the smaller side.

Great Localization

Localization is great, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, close to metro station, close to different restaurants, markets and stores. The staff was gentle and speaking different languages what helps for tourists coming from different places from the world. The room is very small, depending on how much luggage you have there is not enough space and the bed was not the most comfortable I´ve ever tried, but in general as we were out for almost all day long this had not became a big issue.

Not worth the price they charge and also very low in quality as compared to other Mercure stays. Towels were not properly cleaned. Room on the ground floor was adjoining to the Hotel office and we were disturbed due to the noise in night. Breakfast seemed to be packed items rotated the same items from the previous day (even fruits a d vegetable were from day before). We observed this for all 3 days we stayed. Worst thing, the cleaning staff just walked in when we were sleeping at 7 am in the morning , I was surprised to see that

Små rum men bra läge

Väldigt små rum med snedtak så det gjorde svårt att gå till sängens andra sida. Sedan var det fläckar på duntäcket, vi märkte det när vi tog av överkastet då det blev varmt för oss.

Hôtel proche de l’Arc de Triomphe, propre, accueil agréable MAIS : Lit pas digne d’un 4*, matelas inconfortable, oreiller inconfortable, petit déjeuner limite : pain tranché sec, œufs brouillés desséchés. Peu de choix pour le standing de l’hôtel. Nous avons payé 1355€ pour 3 chambre mis pour une nuit !!! Soit 450€ la chambre ! A ce prix, là prochaine fois je me dirige vers un hôtel 5*…. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel non pas pour l’a proximité de l’Arc de Triomphe mais parce que nous avions un événement professionnel au Pavillon Dauphine St Clair. Bref, je n’y mettrai plus les pieds!
