The room was spotless. If you are an independent traveler this is a great hotel in the 17th; the kitchen enables you to eat in, it's quiet, the wifi is good, everything you need - quite like being in your own apartment. No restaurant in the hotel or other amenities but everything you need is in the neighbourhood.

The property is exceptionally clean and the staff are friendly. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and walkable to all popular destinations - 20 minutes walk to Chamos-Elyse, louvre, palais garnier and many multicultural restaurants within a walking distance. I will definitely stay there if I go another time to Paris. Only draw back that the hotel is not accessible there is no elevator.

Fantastic for families! Quiet and amazing location

This was an amazing apartment for our family while we were in Paris. We have a 14 and 15 year old, and they had plenty of space in the 2nd bedroom to spread out. The apartment itself is situated off the road, so it was very quiet and peaceful at night (which is high priority for me, since I'm a light sleeper). There is a lot of space, and the location is only a few minutes' walk to several metro stations. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay. I thought the room would have been bigger but it was nice nonetheless. The only issue I had was there was a smell in the room that got a little thick at times. Also we were awaken by construction several mornings. Staff was very nice.

Très bien pour un séjour à Paris, en solo, ds un quartier calme et bien desservi.. La chambre, bien que petite, est très fonctionnelle, propre, et donne sur un côté cour, pas bruyant ( en tout cas à cette période.. Ce n’est pas la 1 ère fois que je viens et je suis toujours satisfaite..

Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Super accueil, et informations très complètes. La chambre et les équipements sont de très bonne qualité, le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Il y a du café, du thé, sel et poivre pour cuisiner. Prévoir des boules quies en revanche car les voisins étaient un peu bruyants.

This property is very well located. 15mn by walk to Saint lazare train statrion. which is in the department store district (Gallery la Fayette and le Printemps). The area is very nice with a lot of shops and a market where you have excellent fruits and vegetables. I know very well Paris. so I recommend it.

Propre très bien ddcore literie excellente un coin cuisine parfait très bonne qualité de l écran tv Une sdb spatieuse ,chauffage parfait ,le seul petit bémol une petite nuisance sonore avec la chambre voisine par la porte de communication alors que l hôtel se situe dans une cour arrière et donc au calme absolu.je reviens sur paris le mois prochain et je vais réserver si c est possible a nouveau dans ce bel endroit
