Excellent service and adorable room

The area was very nice and the hotel was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My room was so cute and spacious. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. My room was clean every day and the hotel was spotless! We adored this hotel and we had the best stay in Paris.

Good stay in a peaceful district

It was an ok stay. The room was cramped which is quite typical for Paris. We got a double bed room despite specifying that we needed a twin, after asking for a twin, since there was no availability we received a free breakfast instead. The location was super peaceful but reasonably central.

Very nice boutique hotel on the outskirts of the city. Clean and comfortable beds. We had a quiet room overlooking the garden. It is a good location to metro and bus stations, only a 5 min walk. Easy walk to the Arc as well. Convenience store is also located on the corner if anything else is needed. Very nice staff, will stay again if visiting Paris in the future.

Very lovely hotel, great facilities, well kept, clean. Lovely to spend time in. Check in was a bit of a faf, booking for 5 people was stressful for everyone. The bar area is lovely but can be closed for private functions.

Front of house staff particularly helpful. Breakfast room cramped and a bit disorganised. Bedroom quite small, as expected, but the absence of a chair was a bit difficult for two octogenarians! Dates of stay were 3-6 June, not 2-5 June 2025.

Very small rooms, no room to sit and tiny clothes storage. Poor value breakfast with little space in the room. Poor facilities in rooms and supplies. Difficult to use drinks system, poor selection of drinks (tea etc and no supplies in fridge despite reception claiming they would replenish). Had to get reception to help put on room electrics and towel rail. Decent shower and plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. Pleasant and friendly and helpful staff was best aspect of our stay. Location was okay with easy access to metro, also to shops and restaurants in Neuilly which is nice area with Bois de Boulogne etc nearby. Generally did not not feel good value for money or up to 4 star hotel standard.

The bed was very comfortable and the room classy and very quiet. Easy walking to great cafes and shops within 5 minutes and even a nice laundry service that we used. The garden dining area is very pretty and even with the restaurant right outside our window, it was not noisy at all. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a nearly 2 hr delay in checking in due to shortage of staff that day but they were kind and offered to compensate with a beverage at the bar area. I advise checking your bill closely before you check out because we had 2 glasses of wine on our room tab that we never ordered and this was not what was offered as the compensation. They did remove them as soon as I called it out.

Paris trip

Excellent stay in an very accessable area, close to underground. Room was lovely, very clean and was big enough for 2 adults/2 kids Room was fresh, clean with a great shower. Staff were all very friendly and attentive, booking taxi's as needed and providing information about the local area. Great price overall 👌
