Lovely place to stay in Paris!

We have stayed here before and will do so again. A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly staff. It’s not too big which means you can relax after a long day seeing the city sights!

Stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. Super close to the train station Saint Lazare (I think like 7 minute walk). Also have tons of cafe and restaurant around the area too. Ingrid did a really good job at explaining things around the area and was very helpful!

The rooms were great and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The rooms were small but to be expected! Staff were fantastic and spoke many languages and allowed us to checkin early and even offered a free upgrade!

Fantastic place with great polite staff. A 2 minute walk to Saint Lazare station makes it accessible to everywhere. Area surrounding the hotel very safe roo. Would stay again

We were thrilled to have ac during Paris heatwave which made the stay pleasant. The room had a comfy bed which took up the whole room. There was barely any space for 2 carry on suitcases. Our favorite part of stay was the breakfast and friendly staff.

Great location, lovely staff

Great staff - very friendly and happy to help. Rooms are small (which is usual for Paris) but very well thought out. We had a balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower which felt very special. Great location - close to Saint-Lazare station and multiple other metro stations yet not noisy or too tourist-y. Nice shop, bakery and restaurants nearby too.

We really enjoyed our stay at le 12 Hotel. Near the Saint-Lazarae train station. The room was very nice, modern design, expected of course for this range of hotels, the only downside was that it is a bit small but manageable. Super friendly staff, very kind. We enjoyed our stay and we recommend it, and we would definitely stay here again. Well done le 12

We liked almost everything about the property particularly the attention and recommendations of the staff at the front desk. They were most polite and went out of their way to help us. We did find the accommodations rather small with little room for our luggage and space to move around. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.

Pleasent, modern Hotel in a great spot. The street was quite, only the trash truck in the morning, as you would expect in a big city. Everyone was very nice. The Rooms are very, very small (Floor 2), but that is what you expect in Paris. Room is small, but the bathroom is sized appropriate, so the shower etc. Is absolutely to enjoy. All equipment is modern, so you have nice lights, heavy curtains, a big tv.

Room was deceiving and beyond small. Couldn’t even leave my suitcase open as there was no room to open the door if I didn’t pack it back up when I was done getting what I needed from the bag. The shower was also tiny, was difficult to shave, turn around, etc. the hotel staff were nice however which made the experience fair
