Even before we arrived, Hotel Saint Andrew des Arts was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The staff sent lots of helpful information in the lead-up to our stay and accommodated our special requests. All the staff, in particular Lucile at the front desk, were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the hotel design is stylish. The hotel is in a fantastic location close to lots of restaurants and public transport. We would highly recommend this hotel to other travellers and would stay there again!

The staff at this hotel was excellent. They were cheerful and went out of their way to be helpful. Their service alone would make me come back. The hotel is in a great location , within walking distance of Notre Dame, the Louvre, Musee d’Orsay, Pantheon, Luxembourg Gardens etc.. The rooms are European which tend to be small. The only issue was a broken elevator which made travel to the room floors challenging. Again the staff assisted.

This hotel is excellent. It is immaculately clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The reception staff welcomed me in very late after a delayed flight and had left macaron in my room. The buffet breakfast is lovely and the WiFi is strong. It is a perfect location to explore Notre Dam and the Louvre. I will definitely be coming back.
