Don't understand the negative posts

I really don't understand the negative posts, but we have a pleasant experience staying here. We stayed for 4 nights on a business trip. The staff are really friendly, didn't charge us more than they should. Location is neat, there's a small Franpix at the corner, but a bigger Monoprix within a 10 min walk, right across from Lafayette. And close most of the sight-seeing spots. Wifi works ok. The only thing is the shower water. The water quality is different from where I come from, so better bring a conditional for hair. Uber price varys when it takes off to CDG airport from Paris, but taking RER B only takes a hour or so. Will stay again.

Este es un boutique hotel, es pequenio y confortable. Cuentan con calefacción y AC y la limpieza es diaria para su comodidad y tranquilidad. Esta en una excelente localización a 4 min del metro y todo bien cerca caminando. A el hotel le hace falta su mantenimiento en las habitaciones pero no es nada que no te desagrade... Siempre cuentan con personal en el lobby para atenderte y dependiendo el que te toque puede ser gentil como puede ser seco... En otras palabras es un buen hotel average de 3 estrellas que te resuelve para banarse bien y dormir cómodo sin mucho ruido de las calles.

I want to clarify, the only good thing about that hotel is the 2 receptionists, both lovely people. The hotel however, terrible, the pictures are not as they are shown, the hotel is in bad state and really dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting. Everything is half broken and dirty. My bad for not checking google reviews.

The room was very dirty; after cleaning, they barely swept the mess away. There was mold on the bathroom windows, stains on the curtains and walls. There was no bathtub lid for showering. Dirty sheets. There was a refrigerator in the room that didn't work, and when we opened it, it smelled like rotten fish. The price was very high for what they offered. The only good thing about the hotel is its location.

Overall, everything was ok. However, we stayed in the first room, which had a door that needed to be opened every time someone passed through, and it made quite a loud noise each time. Especially early in the morning, even before 7am. Apart from that, everything was fine. The location is nice, and the staff were very polite.

Hotel Renoir Paris

No one on reception when booking in,one morning trying to leave the key going out. and when trying to check out. The room was tired. The door key did not work on 2 occasions, The lift did not work on floor 5 on 2 occasions.There was no bar which was stated on the information. Hotel security was poor for the times the reception desk was unmanned.It was not a 3 star hotel. The rooms were serviced daily.
