整體是一間沒有清潔的房間及所以設施都殘破，不可以叫做酒店，風筒都沒有提供。入住時要提供信用卡資料作保證，tax只收現金，沒有收據，checkout 時又話我未比tax，又要經過一輪解釋及問一位應該係負責人才可以離開，實在很擾人。一樓早餐區很臭

鄰近車站與機場但街道稍嫌吵雜。
鄰近車站，與30分鐘到CDG 機場，地點方便，但隔音不好，街道很吵，價格便宜，如戴耳耳塞尚可。因只停留六小時，尚可。

除了離巴黎北站進外，其他都普普，可以在花多一些錢有其他更好的選擇，但櫃台人員親切
於住宿當天早上臨時訂的一間房間，離巴黎北站不到100公尺的飯店，外觀拉皮過，但是內部及房間還是舊舊的，我們到了飯店給了我們一間6樓的房間，進房間後房間空間算大，但是於床上正上方的天花板鋼筋外露，另外從廁所發出持續性的刺耳的噪音，我們嘗試著在房間忍受噪音，最後對噪音實在沒辦法接受(真的持續性不停段的發出)，因此我們向櫃台人員要求換了一間房間，還好櫃台人員算蠻Nice願意換了一間房間給我們；協助我們解決原本房間的問題，此飯店有電梯，但是只能2個人及2件28吋行李箱可進入，另外房間不允許吃東西，若櫃台然員發現你帶食物進飯店，會當場要求請你在櫃檯前將食物用吃完後才能上樓；主要擔心若在房間飲食會造成房間會有昆蟲，算是蠻不方便的，另外此飯店有發現其他房可可以帶寵物入住，房間的地毯較髒建議要自備便鞋於房間使用，房間的棉被也只是一條薄薄的毯子，另外也沒有行李寄存的服務，若要行李寄存，櫃台人員會請你到對面的巴黎北站自已花個幾歐元租用寄存行李的服務，此間飯店除了地點離北站近，其他的部分其實都還好，因為住這間飯店再加上額外花寄存行李的錢，若預算夠建議可以找更好一點並且有有寄存行李的服務的飯店．

Las habitaciones no se parecen en nada a las de la fotografía ni los tamaños de cama. Reserve habitaciones con cama queen y termine en camas individuales, con una cerradura que no funcionaba, el elevador descompuesto y la televisión sin ningún tipo de señal.

Nice cosy,clean and comfortable,hotel.Great location for the Gare du Nord,whether arriving on Eurostar or from an airport. Nice helpful staff.Good breakfast.Nice to come back to the room after a day of sightseeing.

Lo unico bueno es la cercania con la estación gare du nort. Fue una experiencia mala. Eso de que hay ratas en paris.... bueno, nos salio una en la habitación! Todo un show!, terrible. El desayuno, terrible. Lo habian dejado de poner, y solo improvisaron pan duro, con un solo croissan y lo que habia en la maquina de cafe. El staff, amable... pero poco podian hacer con lo que tenian. No vuelvo.

Der Fahrstuhl ist prima, alles ist klein und eng und alt. Dem Hotel fehlt eine liebevolle Hand, alles ist dekorlos. Nur zum Schlafen gut geeignet. Zum Frühstück gibt es Butter und Käse nur auf Nachfrage.

Værelset og hotellet var meget nedslidt og lydt. Da der startede vejarbejde kl. 6 lørdag morgen, stod jeg op for at lukke vinduet - blot for at konstatere, at det var lukket. Man kunne høre alt - selv naboen, der slog toiletsædet ned. Der var en sæbedispenser i brusebadet, men ingen sæbe i - og personalet var ikke hjælpsomme, da vi forsøgte at gøre opmærksomme på det. Alt i alt slet ikke pengene værd.

Non sono d’accordo con tante recensioni negative che ho letto: non ho trovato nessuna cimice da letto (nonostante il periodo) nè sporcizia nella camera. Sicuramente per il prezzo che si paga non ci si può aspettare il Ritz, ma la camera ha tutto il necessario e il letto era comodissimo. Bagno con sciacquone un po’ problematico e senza tenda della doccia ma nulla di tragico. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. La zona non è raccomandabile specialmente la notte, essendo davanti a gare du nord (ho avuto molta paura a camminare anche per soli 10 metri dall’uber alla porta dell’hotel quando siamo tornate alle 4 di notte) ed è rumorosa, ma sopportabile. Tutto sommato esperienza positiva, il rapporto qualità prezzo rispetto anche ad altri hotel di parigi è fantastico

It's convenient and cheap for a reason. The room, bed, and shower were fine. Breakfast was terrible. I didn't know what the meal was supposed to be. The croissants were burnt and the fruit salad looked tired.

Pas réception de la télévision malgré ma demande insistante à la réception. WC dans lavabo. L'eau de la douche stagne et ne s'evacue pas. Petit lit mais literie convenable. Pas de grand lit comme sur réservation. Pas de mitigeur douche-lavabo. Fenêtres non isolées donnant sur rue bruyante face à la gare du Nord.

Le service est médiocre. Nous sommes rentrés tard comme prévu, on nous avait dis qu’il y avait un service 24h/24. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés nous avons du attendre 15min devant la porte à sonner pour que quelqu’un vienne nous ouvrir. Ce monsieur ne parlais pas français, il ne voulait pas nous laisser entrer alors qu’on avait payé et qu’on était venu déjà l’après midi déposer nos affaires. Heureusement que mon ami parlait anglais et que j’avais le mail de confirmation pour preuve que j’ai du lui montrer à travers la porte !

Don’t dare show up before 3pm
We arrived extremely early, we went to the hotel who obviously told us there’s no rooms ready which of course was fine with us but when asked if we can leave our bags in the hotel because we had 2 Buisness meetings they told us NO, they actually had the cheek to tell us to go back to the eurostar station and pay for our bags to be kept there we had to go to 2 meetings with our bags which was inconvenient especially as our stay was only for 1 night and we paid £ 89 considering we left the room at 4.15am. We stayed in many hotels in Paris and never nobody treated us the way the 2 day men receptionists did, we asked very politely but got arrogance out of them. We checked in at around 11pm and my god the night receptionist was very very nice, Picardy hotel needs this kind of staff the whole day, this hotel is so convenient being just across Eurostar, pity the day staff are not fit for purpose but we will stay again bearing in mind not to ask to leave our luggage and not show up before 3 pm as they do so well to remind people. Other than that we had a good 4 hours sleep. Thanks again to the lovely night staff who speaks English very well and was so pleasant.

Unfriendly staff, unhelpful when you need assistance, children have to pay despite them advertising as child-friendly. They lack patience for children. If you run out of toilet paper, you have to wait for hours until the cleaner arrives, or buy it from a store. Very noisy! Breakfast was okay, but overall, it's not something I would recommend. It's labeled as a hotel, but it's more like a hostel. The hotel isn't worth the money.
